Please note that this delivery window excludes weekends and holidays. Rest assured, we're dedicated to processing your order promptly and getting it to you as quickly as possible. 

**International Shipping**: At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping. We do hope to in the near future. 

2. **Shipping Method**: All orders will be shipped via USPS.


3. **Processing Time**: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. **Shipping Rates**: The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address.

5. **Delivery Time**: The estimated delivery time for your order will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to track the status of your delivery.

6. **Shipping Address**: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. **Order Tracking**: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

8. **Delivery Issues**: We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim.

Return Policy

Refund Policy:

At Clear Sanity Boutique, we aim to provide you with products that meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy below:

Store Credit Only: We only offer store credit for returned items at this time.

Returns Accepted: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, With tags, No pet odor and in its original packaging.

Customer Responsible for Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Non-Returnable Items: Items in the Sales, Jewelry, footwear, or handbag collections, are not eligible for returns. Additionally, items with pet odor cannot be returned.

Store Credit Gift Card: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your store credit gift card will be processed and emailed to you within 7 business days.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately on our "Contact Chat Box" Located on our website with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
